Got no time for working out? The hack to saving time is to walking or cycling to the office. Using a bicycle to ride to your workplace might not be practical always. If the distance between your office and residence is walkable you’re lucky.

You can consider switching to a standing desk. Make a routine that avoids you being seated for long. Get up every hour and pass the paper to the boss or help colleagues.

Get away from mobile and computer, turn off your TV, pick a physical hardcover book and read. Or pick up a guitar or start playing.
